Pay once for what you have. Then only for what is new.
Prices in US dollars, billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Every check uses AI time that costs us, so instead of a time-based trial there is a free sample.
Step 1 · Free sample
Starts when you press "Scan 50 products free" in the app; nothing is scanned on install, and you can test one photo free first. You see exactly what it finds in your catalog, with an estimate for the whole store. Results are shown; drafting is not included in the sample.
Step 2 · Initial scan
Priced by the products left to scan after your free sample (table below). The app shows you the exact price before you confirm.
Step 3 · Monthly plan
Optional. Anything you add, or whose images change, is checked automatically. $0.03 per product over the quota, up to a cap you approve.

One charge to check the rest of your catalog. It is priced by the products left to scan after your free sample: a 540-product store pays for 490.

Monthly plans
To keep new products, and products whose images change, covered. Each plan includes a monthly quota; above it, $0.03 per product, up to the monthly cap you approve on Shopify's confirmation page.

"Products per month" counts products checked that month: new ones and ones whose images changed. Products that do not change are not checked or charged again.
Billing questions
Why is there no 7 or 14-day free trial?
Because every image check costs us AI time from the very first product. A time-based trial would invite scanning the whole catalog and uninstalling. The free sample of 50 products shows you real results in your own store, with no expiry date.
How am I charged?
Everything goes through Shopify billing and appears on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card details. Shopify asks you to approve the purchase or plan, and the usage cap, before anything is charged.
Do I need both the initial scan and a monthly plan?
No. The initial scan covers what you already have. A monthly plan is optional and useful if you add or change products often. Many stores buy the initial scan and then take a small plan.
What happens if I go over my plan's quota?
Each extra product costs $0.03, up to the monthly cap you approved when subscribing. If the cap is reached, the remaining products wait for the next period or for you to move up a plan; nothing is ever charged above the cap.
Will I pay twice for the same product?
No. A product is checked again only when its images change: a new photo, a removed photo, or one replaced with different content. Changing the title or price does not count.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the app's Plans page or by uninstalling. The initial scan is a one-time charge for work already done and, because each check uses paid AI processing, completed scans are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
My store has more than 10,000 products.
The initial scan is $269.99 plus $0.03 for each product left to scan above 10,000. The app shows you the exact total before you confirm. If your catalog is very large, write to us at sales@trademarkscanner.app.
