How it works
From a supplier photo to your decision, in five steps.
Nothing to set up. Install the app, try it on a photo, and scan 50 products free when you are ready. Nothing is scanned or changed in your store until you ask.
Install, and it reads your catalog
The app asks for permission to read and edit products, nothing else. It reads every product with all of its images, including very large catalogs.
- No access to customers or orders is requested.
- Nothing is scanned until you choose: try a photo, or press "Scan 50 products free".
AI looks at every photo
Each product is judged on all of its images, not just the first. The title is used as context, but the image is what decides: that is where text-only checkers miss.
- Characters, logos, team crests and designer prints, also with no logo and on props in the photo.
- Up to 100 images per product; a longer gallery is never called "Clean".
- A finding names what it saw when it can, "Hello Kitty", "LV monogram", with the reason in English or Spanish.
One of three results
The AI gives each product one result. Infringes: it clearly recognises a protected mark or character. Needs review: it is not sure, so a person should look. Clean: it saw nothing.
- With the reason written out, so you can decide quickly.
- "Needs review" exists so borderline cases are not hidden.

You decide what happens
The app changes nothing on its own. When you press "Set to draft", the product goes to draft, gets the trademark-risk tag and keeps the reason in a metafield, so you can find it again in your Shopify admin. If you have decided not to sell it, press "Archive": it is hidden from every sales channel, with the same tag and reason.
- In bulk, for many products at once.
- "Mark safe" if you hold the license; it holds until the images change.

New products stay covered
With a monthly plan, products you add and products whose images change are checked automatically. A product is checked again only when its images change, so you never pay twice for the same thing.
- A title or price change does not trigger another check.
- A photo added, removed or replaced does.

Limits
What it does not do, said plainly.
- It is not legal advice or a clearance. A "clean" result does not mean a product is cleared for sale; an "infringes" result is not a legal finding.
- It can be wrong both ways. It can miss something obscure, and it can flag an original design that looks like a famous one. That is why "Needs review" exists.
- It does not search trademark registers. It recognises what is visible in the image; it does not look up whether a word is registered with the USPTO or any other office.
- It cannot see licenses. It has no way to know whether you have an agreement with the owner; that is what "Mark safe" is for.
